Student Registration

Upon completion of the registration form below, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the registration payment of $40. Your registration is not complete until the $40 fee is paid.  You will be contacted via the email address you provide in the registration form to schedule your student's assessment or placement evaluation.  Your tuition invoice(s) will also be sent to the email address you provide in the registration form. Please use one form per student.  Thank you!

Assessments & Placement Evaluations

  • Students enrolling in any Music Therapy (MT), NMT or Adaptive Music Lessons (AML) must be assessed prior to receiving services. MT, NMT and AML participants will be reassessed periodically to determine goal and objective benchmarks and/or completion.
  • All Private Lesson students are required to  participate in a placement evaluation prior to starting lessons, and annually.
  • Students enrolling in group Music Education classes are encouraged to schedule a placement evaluation prior to the start of class, but are not required to do so. 
  • Students with exceptional needs who are enrolling in group Music Education classes are required to complete a placement evaluation and assessment to be sure that the selected class is the best fit; some exceptional students require accommodations that cannot be made in all group classes. 

Open Enrollment & Registration

Students may register at any time for a class that they are interested in.  If a class is currently full or not running, the student will receive notification when the class becomes available.

The following services are available year round:

  • Music Therapy/Neurologic Music Therapy
  • Private Lessons
    • Voice
    • Guitar
    • Adaptive Music Lessons

The following services are only available during the school year (August - April):

  • Foundations of Music (all levels)
  • Music Education Classes (all levels)
  • Music Education Tutoring

Tuition and Fees

Registration Fee: $40 annually

Music Lessons & Classes:

  • Private Lessons: $60 per hour
  • Group Classes: $20 per hour per person

Neurologic Music Therapy:

Because of the highly individualized nature of therapeutic services, cost will vary based on the prescribed treatment plan. Every therapeutic service plan is custom designed to suit the unique needs of each individual client.

Class Materials

Each private lesson, therapy program, or group class requires a specific set of materials.  These materials are not provided by or paid for by the studio and may include but are not limited to: 

  • instruments and accessories 
  • sheet music
  • text books
  • notebooks, etc. 

After registration is complete and tuition has been paid, the student will receive a personalized list of class materials to purchase, based on his or her chosen course(s) of study.

Missed Lessons or Classes

If you know you're going to miss a class or lesson, please be considerate and give as much advance notice of the absence as possible. No-shows (missing without giving notice) will be noted, and after three no-shows, a student's enrollment may be cancelled.  Refunds are not given for no-shows.

Missed payments or returned payments

Students whose tuition is overdue will be notified of suspension of classes and lessons until the payment is successfully made.

Returned payments or NSF transactions will result in suspended classes and lessons until the payment is successfully made. 

Repeated  non-payment or late payment of tuition may result in termination of the student's enrollment for the remainder of the year. Returning students with a history of non-payment or late payment will be required to prepay the entire term's tuition in order to enroll.
